Enjoy a fabulous stay in this elegant and welcoming home in Ketchum. A very short walking distance to the spectacular Warm Springs lifts, the highly appointed and great design encompasses beautiful views of Bald Mountain from most all rooms of the home. Fabulous gourmet kitchen, large dining table and living room all with beautiful views of the mountain. Three en suite bedrooms plus a powder room makes it the perfect mountain getaway. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with a walk in shower. Master suite has a beautiful large walk in shower and spacious bathtub. Property has a separate laundry room and handy mudroom within a spacious garage which provides the perfect storage for ski and outdoor equipment.
The entry level includes direct access from the heated garage. A large master bedroom with a separate access, king bed and walk in closet, and spacious bath. The second level includes the open floor plan gourmet kitchen, large dining table, living room and outdoor deck. Kitchen is equipped with a Viking gas cooktop and oven as well as an in island Decor oven, Subzero refrigerator and a quiet Bosch dishwasher. Laundry room, powder room and additional bedroom/office are located on this floor. Bedroom also has beautiful views of Bald Mountain and the ski runs.
The private third floor has a king bed, spacious closet and bath, with walk-in shower and oversized bathtub as well as wonderful mountain views.
This property is wonderful for getaways all year long. With high speed internet and a dedicated office space, it is also perfect for remote working/school. Sun Valley has great year round activities, with hiking, fishing, water rafting, horseback riding, downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, the opportunities are endless for fun. Dollar and Bald Mountain have great ski school programs. Ketchum has wonderful shops and restaurants. The famous Sun Valley Lodge also has a wonderful and relaxing spa, delicious restaurants, skating rink and bowling alley.
